The car is now available in three variant Koleos 4x2 MT, Koeos 4x4 MT and 4x4 AT. The top end Koleos 4x4 AT comes with 2.0-litre four cylinder diesel engine having capacity of producing 173 PS and 360 NM of torque. The car is moved one step ahead with the additional power capacity but still it feels bit sluggish while driving. The engines now mated with automatic gearbox.
With the new changes, the car is not yet giving that much enthusiasm to drive, however its linear and lag free nature of the engine encourage you to drive more softly and without sense of urgency.
The car suspension has something really good to see, it perform really better in bad roads and gives ease though an underlying firmness can be felt. The stability and body control of the car is impressive but sometimes over the sharp edge while going very slowly it gives feeling of bit utterances.
Taking about interior, the car has pretty seats, and supportive with right amount of bolstering and adequate lag room. Even the front seats (fully-powered for the driver) are comfortable, managing to keep aches or pains at bay even after a long drive. There are some neat touches too like the way the rear seats flip forward with the simple tug of lever and the clam shell opening of the tail gate which enhances its versatility.
The car is really good SUV lovers, as it has many thing upgraded considering present requirements. The car is really well to perform in terms of comfort and features but it lacks behind in terms of performance as you pay a hefty amount of Rs. 22.99 Lac for the car. The car is perfect SUV, but it is priced little differently.
