Maruti S – Cross may enter market by 2015

Maruti India’s largest car maker by volume is planning to enter with its S-Cross SUV in early 2015. The company had shown the car at Auto Expo 2014, the car is more of cross over than SUV, and has maintained Maruti Suzuki style.

  

The power specification is expected to be loaded with 1.6-litre diesel engine which can produce upto 118 bhp of power and 32 kgm of torque. The power may be spread through six-speed manual gearbox to the car. The new car is interestingly featured with day time LED headlamps, but it may come only in top end model. The car might get 16 inch alloy wheels, scuff plates and black cladding all around the car. The car will be colored in two tone of shade for Indian market. The car is also expected to come with numberof equipment’s and features, as the competition is already getting tougher in the segment.
