Mahindra First Choice Look Forward to Aggressive Expansion

The increasing presence of organized players into pre-owned segment and pretty attractive segment has made Mahindra’s multi-brand car service division more aggressive. In order to prove its presence among the competitors, the company will open 450 new outlets in next three years.


Currently it has about 28 company owned outlet across the country from its inception in 2009. The company will look forward to cover almost all metros with good number of outlets, and other bigger cities of the country.

Mr. V S Vijay Kumar, CEO Mahindra First Choice said to media, “We are starting our very first franchise today. We have very big plans. In the next three years our target is to reach 400 plus. By end of this financial year we are planning to reach over 100 (outlets).”
The company having revenue of Rs. 30 crore in previous fiscal year eyes a target of 100 crore this year. Making its market share in some coming years to 10 percent it will open 50 self-owned outlets while rest about 400 outlets will be given on franchise basis. The company also plans for about 20 clusters that will enable company to store spare-parts and other facilities to serve it surrounding outlets.
